I was asked to apply for the position stating I had a great chance based on the referrals of other Managers. I Interviewed with the Facility Manager waited almost six months until the position was filled only to be told i was turned. In the interim of waiting for an answer I was lead down numerous false paths to keep me motivated and focused on other duties.
