technically 4 rounds of interviews. one screening interview with HR, one meeting with hiring manager, one with peers, and one with internal clients. due to covid, all the interviews were done via Zoom, ranging from 30min to a full hour. types of questions asked include experience related, how do you help manage change to customers who may not want change, what were biggest obstacles in a project and how did you overcome it, why did you apply for this job, etc. there was also a timed, online assessment to "test" critical thinking/analytical skills as well as personality. not sure if the assessment was used in any interview/decision process as i was never asked about mine. i met with 6 people in total, all of whom were friendly and easy to talk to (which to me is big in an interview because I prefer interviews that feel more like conversations rather than interrogations). no "left field" kind of interview questions; they were all fairly standard and just to ask more about you, how you work, how you would mesh with the team, and your experiences.
