I had a one-hour phone interview with the HR department, who relayed questions provided by the hiring manager, who was on vacation. Once my results were shared with the hiring manager, I had a fairly informal 30-minute phone call with him/her, and was told they wanted to start getting the finalists in for full-day interview/assessment sessions very soon. Three business days later, I received an automated email stating I was no longer being considered.
