I applied online and received an email saying that I needed to contact the hiring manager via Signal for an interview. I reached out and provided my full name and the position I was applying for. Hiring manager replied and asked for my full name, position I was applying for, and my email address... It seemed off to me that I would be asked to provide the same information again (save for the email part). My name is very unique and so I can't imagine that they wouldn't be able to find me based on what I wrote in my message. Also, the company clearly has my email address. Didn't feel like there was any actual interest in me. It was also a red flag for me that the hiring manager didn't seem to read what I wrote or that she wasn't made aware that I was an applicant and would be contacting her.
