I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Safe Haven Security (North Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2015
Interview
Polite and straight forward managers. The position is for cold calling 80 to 90 calls to realtors a day. You have to be the annoying person who doesn't take no for an answer. Awful job. I went thought two interviews first with hr and then with the hiring manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Safe Haven Security (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2017
Interview
A hiring manager contacted me through Indeed, where I have my resume posted, and expressed interest in speaking to me about the position. It initially seemed like a great opportunity, and after a very brief phone interview talking about the position, I came in for an in person interview. It was mostly standard, but it became very clear that they talk up their pay structure by telling you you'll be making 150k+ after a year. They make it sound very lucrative but after reading many negative reviews stating their pay structure is BS, as well as a very bad gut feeling, I declined their offer for employment.

The interview process was relatively normal. Had a short phone conversation first. That was followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager. She was great. Had a 2nd interview with the department director. All very simple for the qualified candidate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Safe Haven Security (North Kansas City, MO) in Dec 2015
Interview
There is a phone interview which is very laid back and then a background check. Next is the in person interview. The person I met with took me on a tour. Lastly was waiting for a training class. They did tell me that the company offered a base pay. I was pretty shocked to learn that in actuality it was a draw. I found this very deceptive.
