Interview
Straight forward. No curve ball questions. General inquiry at best. Looking to hire most anybody. Looking for individuals with self respect, professionalism and a healthy work ethic. Efficient interview process
Phone screening with HR then a phone interview then they flew me to Kansas for an in person interview. It’s all very straightforward no crazy questions. It felt more like a do you vibe with us in a high pressure sales environment.
You come in for a face to face interview. They ask about your previous job history. Then they go over the day to day tasks and make sure it works for you. You get some training videos and modules to go over before your start date.
