I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Safe Haven Security (Austin, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was a 30-minute video interview with a recruiter/hiring manager. During the interview, a potential offer, as well as equipment was mentioned. But I believe this is just a description of their process despite it feeling positive. ie: "Offers are extended on this day and equipment...we only ask..." It's a very strange way of going about a first round of interview with a hiring manager.
Was more of a get to know you. Both people I talked with were very easy to talk to and we essentially just discussed the position. There never were any specific “interview questions” which was different but very calming.

Interview
Their recruiting staff is so unprofessional and will waste your time. I was contacted by multiple recruiters about the inside sales position. I received multiple voicemails and every time I can them back they do not answer the phone or respond to my voicemails. What a waste of time.
