Applied online, was contacted shortly to set up an initial HR screen, complete the HR screen where insight into the interview process was provided and then a week after completing that had second round interview with the hiring manager and another team merger, was thrown a series of rapid fire questions, shown footage of an actual fall and asked to breakdown the root cause and develop an improvement plan with actionable feedback. At the conclusion the hiring Manager informed me id hear from HR for next steps and then I was ghosted with no other feedback or response…:
