Interview
I applied online and two weeks later got a call from the hiring manager. The next day I went to Safeway and told the employee I'm here for the interview, and called the manager to know I was there. The manager approached me and ask me questions about my schedule, personality and why I wanted to work here and other things relating to the company. The manager is easy going and the interview was not very formal. I felt confident that I was going to get the job but a week later the manager did not call back. The main reason I did not get the job because answered some questions that are awkward and negative and I forgot to bring my resume and I was very nervous.
