Disorganized wasn’t expecting me when she set up the interview time. Seemed bothered that I showed up complaining she never got breaks! She didn’t have anything prepared or organized for the interview.

Work history, I owned my own restaurant and had ample experience in food preparation and customer service.
I submitted an application in store and got called in to do an in person interview. The manager was super easy to talk to and had been with the store a long time.

Why do you want to work in the deli versus other departments?
It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable
pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well
