I saw a posting and knew someone that worked there. They passed on my information to their Director and the Director contacted me. Had a one-on-one interview with the Director of Sales and Marketing at the property. Felt good about the discussion we had. He was very open about the salary and expectations. I did not hear anything back after, even though I requested if they could kindly respond with a follow up, so I could close that chapter of the process and heard nothing.
