I arrived 10-15 mins, as per usual. They grabbed me right on time. There was two in the room with me. One was asking questions, one was writing down my answers. Both were really friendly and professional. Waiting on call from them about the job.

I applied online and sent them my resume. They emailed me the next morning to offer me a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. At the end of the phone interview, I got an interview to meet with the office manager at the Maple Grove location. Upon going to the in person interview, they were very nice. The interview lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. I was told they would contact me at the end of the week on their decision.

First the recruiter will call and do a phone interview to see if you might be a good fit. Then you get called in for an in person interview with the Office Managers. They just ask you questions and give you the opportunity to ask questions. They will usually call within a couple days to give you a job offer and you can either accept or decline and start work right away (depending on the situation).
