A brief phone interview. Then a 2nd interview with the h.r. person and a supervisor. Laid back and comfortable. Lots of descriptions to job expectations and what you can expect as an employee. Was offered the job the next day. They only asked a few questions that were very basic.

I received a call from an HR rep, which was courteous and professional. I was asked a few questions to check for my interest in the position, and then I was invited to in-person interview with the clinical manager and another manager who was on Skype with us during our session.

Sent application through their website with resume and cover letter. They called me to meet for an interview. There were a group of people they were interviewing as well and I actually knew one other person who I went to school with while waiting in the room. They interviewed me and asked me some background information and then asked about my schooling. Went for a 2nd interview and was offered the job.
