the interview process was very good, thorough. I was initially concerned about an interview over skype but was impressed by how things are handled. I had a very good understanding of what was expected of me if hired and what type of person that they were looking for.

I was interviewed once over the phone and twice in person. The recruitment specialist was with me every step of the way, I really appreciated that she took the time to get to know me and really explain things to me. She was also very prompt in getting back to me with what the next step would be following an interview. I received the job offer very quickly after my last interview, which was unusual in my experience. It sure beat sitting around waiting to find out if I got the job! My first impression of Nystrom and Associates was that it is a well run and very organized company, thanks to the interview process.
