Interview
Most interviews were on Teams because the office was remote at the time. I had a follow up in-person interview. When I showed up, the office was closed and I was not informed of the closure until I had arrived. Got mixed messages about if the Graphic Designer reported to the Senior Graphic Designer. During the process, I found out that the Graphic Designer put in their notice. I received an offer and again asked for clarification about reporting structure. Once I received a new job description, I made a counter offer since this was a supervisory role. Was told they would be going in a different direction. I'm now realizing that there were a number of red flags.
