Very easy. They asked about my experience and why I want to work there. They decided to move forward with me and ran a background check and set me up with a drug test. That was all.

Called and set up interview....went as a pretty normal interview and all seemed good. Said they need to still call my references and would call me. Waited a couple of days with no word so I called to check in.... was advised I would be called back by end of day......never heard a word.....

I interviewed with a location in San Antonio, and with my many many years experience. Read told by the Interviewing manager that she felt that I was better off at being a Medication Aide. I have no training for that and was told to go to school for that, because I was over qualified. I interviewed for Resident Assistant, why lie to my face and just be real?
