Most questions dealt with past experience in sales cycle, territory management and relationship building. Very few questions on situational selling, as my background and resume spoke very strongly in that regard.

The process was faster than most. If your application is accepted they send an email to do a typing test, test the speed of your internet, and a questionnaire. The first interview was a phone interview with a supervisor/Team lead. If selected they email you for a second interview which is a group interview. The group interview consisted of the manager, a supervisor, and two team leads. During the interview you are required to take a timed test. Interview questions were pretty basic and they opened the floor for you to ask questions. I would recommend not having so many people of management during the group interview. It can be very intimidating. Also, you should have candidates take the test prior to the interview. Taking it during the interview is awkward.
