I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SailPoint Technologies in Jun 2014
Interview
Completed a 30 minute phone interview with a staff recruiter. He asked simple questions about my background and work history. He asked if I had any experience with Identity Management products. I told him not directly through sales, but I understood of them as their importance to my customers, and how the could be part of the overall solution set. He then let me know that "just recently" he had a conversation with senior leadership as to the types of backgrounds they were looking to hire in their sales organization. He stated they were only looking to hire people with a "history" in identity management. Seemed like their were severely limiting the applicant pool.
