Interview
They asked several questions that required interventions and outcomes. They had my interview with the nursing staff. They also had me sit with the CNO and the doctors. I felt I was being interrogated by the doctors. They talked a good game and figured it was a nice fit but it was the complete opposite.

Interview process was fairly easy. Got interviewed by a group of upper administration along with managers. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Got an offered from them within 1-2 days. Accepted the offer at that time.

contact with HR then schedule a vedio call with unit managers for about 30 minutes. it stated on time and interviewers were very respectful and patience during the whole call.
