Online application and Office interview with 2 managers. I got a chance to interview for my first choice. They showed me the unit and introduced my to staff. I was really nice an could see to observe the culture.

Interview process was fairly easy. Got interviewed by a group of upper administration along with managers. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Got an offered from them within 1-2 days. Accepted the offer at that time.
