I applied online, but didn't get a call for an interview until nearly 2 weeks later. They were flexible in their communication style and we coordinated interviews in subsequent emails. The questions were basic and centered around my experience. Some questions were focused on my ability to prevent professional burnout and my own perspective on handling negative feedback.
