I recently attended an interview for a .NET Developer role. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The panel joined 10 minutes late and conducted the interview for only about 10 minutes. Their tone and behavior came across as quite rude and unprofessional.
If the panel was unavailable or not interested in proceeding, it would have been more respectful to inform the candidate in advance rather than wasting their time. Interviews are a two-way process, and candidates deserve basic courtesy and clear communication.
I hope the company improves its interview process in the future, as this kind of experience can be very discouraging for sincere candidates.
