Saksoft Senior Consultant interview questions

The HR professional that managed the whole process was not competent enough. Need to send multiple mails to receive a response from her. In the end I had to CC her manager in order to get a timely response. I got the offer from the company but wanted a later joining date which they said will be accomodated and they told me that they will get back to me on the same. After waiting for a couple of weeks the HR didn't respond to my first mail then I CC'd her manager and then she said your joining date is next week and within an hour I got a mail from her that the earlier message was a mistake and currently they can't offer a joining date. Really unprofessional attitude. I declined joining of other companies in order to join this company and now I have to start to look again for a job!!!

Initial round was telephonic,based on which interview got got scheduled.It was straight forward,again two rounds in person,final is HR round.They pay based on your previous package. Otherwise things are direct and there is no hidden procedures.
