I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salary.com (Boston, MA)
Interview
Process was very fast and thorough. Went through 3 interview stages, first a phone call with a recruiter, then a second phone interview with an analyst. After I was invited for an on-site interview with 8 different levels of employees from an analyst to the VP. Mostly all behavioral questions. They really emphasize FIT so make sure to know why you want to work there and how you would fit in with the company culture.
The interviewer was very friendly and detailed-oriented. She has questions about my Resume and my goal, passion and the reason I think I am a good fit for the role. Finally she gave me a Excel Assessment to email her in less than one day. Still I have not heard anything from them.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Tell me exactly what did you do in your previous jobs? Why you have chosen this role? What is your idea about pay transparency?

Interview
They reached out to me pretty quickly after my application through Indeed. I had a phone interview with a rep from HR and was told that there would be a second phone interview before coming in to interview and meet people around the office. That seems to line up with other descriptions on here. One pro is the HR rep was straightforward and seemed to be honest. I appreciated that. It seems you'll have to follow up, though, to get an answer. When I was told they decided not to continue with me, I asked why and said I was open to feedback. Based on a response from Salary.com on Glassdoor to another review, I thought this was something I could expect--an answer. They never replied to me and did not provide any reason or extra feedback like they claim. This, I think, was the most disappointing part of the entire process. Also, when asked how much I'd expect, I quoted their own estimation for what my role would be. I input specific personal information and thought that range would be safe enough to mention. Turns out they pay less than what they quote to customers for the same position. I was told that on their end they can access a more detailed insight, but I would think the ranges would be closer and not +$10k off.
