Was a phone interview. They called a few days after the application was submitted online. Person from HR asked if it was a good time to talk, then asked like 4 different interview type questions about the position. The entire call lasted maybe 5 minutes. Very quick and to the point. Was more awkward than an in-person interview but I understand the point of phone call screening.
