Interview
The interview process was prompt and straight forward (phone screening, and 2 in-person interviews). The whole process was focused on personality, work mindset and fit. I was able to talk with current employees and the CEO as well.
Katie and the entire hiring team were professional from the very beginning. She was very approachable, and open to answer any questions I had. She made the process easy and always followed through with what she said she was going to do.
