Salesforce Human Resources interview questions

Fairly standard. Interview with the recruiter. Interview with the HM and then two team members. Nothing like being called from Happy Hour for your interview. Was absolutely shocked that one of the team members called me from a "cafe" - clearly Happy Hour. Not only did he sound half inebriated, but also could not clearly ask me a complete sentence without stopping to reiterate "uhm," clearly losing his place each and every time. One of the most HORRID interview experiences I have had, ever!

Phone screen by sourcer. Told the process would be quick and moves fast and I would hear about moving forward by end of week. After more than a week I followed up and was told process is moving much slower than normal and I would hear soon. Two days later was transferred to recruiter by email. I never spoke to her throughout the entire process of 3 mos. I was set up for video chat with hiring manager; a week later was set up for a video chat with peer level. Each interview the coordinator emailed the wrong day and date of interview ( i.e., Tuesday is 9/1 not 9/3) After a couple weeks I emailed recruiter and was told I would know if I was moving to another step soon. I waited three more weeks and after checking in a couple of times I had onsite with same two people. I was told I would know about next steps the next day. I followed up a few days later and was told team is traveling and I would hear something soon. After another week and a half I received a rejection email. I was never told of the process and it moved slowly and without much communication. Like most companies, lack of follow is how they tell you they are not interested.
