I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The call had a really nice conversational flow to it rather than feeling like a checklist of questions. The recruiter had clearly read through the job description in detail and tailored the behavioral questions to the specific responsibilities of the role, which made it easy to connect my past experience to what the team is actually looking for. It felt less like an interrogation and more like a two-way discussion about whether the role and I were a good fit.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Screen Call - Asked Product Questions instead of just behaviourals. Would definently recommend going through some basic product design and strategy questions before taking that call. Wasn't too hard to ask "How would you improve Slack"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Interview process was very smooth. This was for APM Intern. Phone screen, then 45 minute behavioral, then 2 45-minute back to back product design and analytics for final round. Cases were quick, specific to Salesforce.
