Phone Screen, followed by a 7-hour interview in person with 6 people (and a paid lunch!) followed by two hangouts interviews. All told I spoke with 2 DBA's, 2 SQL developers, 3 python developers, a director and a VP. Topics covered included database architecture (RAC, Dataguard, RMAN, typical stuff), SQL tuning, problem solving, a python white boarding session, automation, unit testing and some soft skills like strategic thinking and conflict resolution. As the position includes a lot of integration/release and automation I assume it was more developer/python heavy as opposed to what other DBA's may face.
