Interview
3 Steps: first step with HR by phone , second step technical interview onsite in italy, third step with my future boss by hangout. Markus the HR have follow me for all the interview path.
Not clear role based questions, no proper questions asked not great experience I felt it should be more and more role based. they were asking architect level questions. I did not like it at all, need to be proper aligned.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Amsterdam) in Jul 2024
Interview
An in-house recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn to schedule an introductory call.
Call was easy. Talked about cultural fit, way of working, etc.
Recruiter gave feedback in the call that he thought it was a positive experience and he will run it by his manager then come back to me, probably about a week later.
Did not hear back. I followed up and did not receive a reply.
Poor experience and does not reflect well on the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
Excellent interview process. A bit slow on the offer, but all in all, very positive. A total of 3 one hour interviews, two with coworkers and 1 panel type. I would say the interviews were pretty straight forward and nothing overwhelming.
