I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
The process was incredibly responsive. The recruiter (Ashley) was very informed of the position, was in tune with what makes for a successful sales person, what motivates a sales team, and coordinated with all of the interviewers. Everybody who I spoke with was engaged - it was obvious that nobody was multi-tasking but as invested in me as I was in the process. They understood that I was interviewing them as well and were open and transparent. One word of advice though is to be ready to join Salesforce. When they spot talent and want to move, they are quite purposeful and immediate which was appreciated by me.
