I had an interview with a panel of three interviewers which was conducted in a consultative way. I got through to the third interview process. Then after preparing for the last demonstration process of the final interview for almost a week. I get a call back from the Salesforce recruiter Regina Zang who then advised they will not be going forward with my application. When asked for the constructive feedback as to the reasons why, all Regina said was "unfortunately we have received feedback internally and they will not be proceeding with the application". I humbly asked for the reason just so i'm aware of any areas i need to focus on in future endeavors, she replied with "unfortunately we are unable to disclose that for privacy reasons from the employee and reasons" Which made no sense, i then prompted Regina a third time for an answer as to the actual reason, she just continued with the same baseless rhetoric that "they received feedback and unfortunately can't share the reason" Very unprofessional process with no open dialogue and i wouldn't recommend speaking with Regina as a recruiter at all.
