Great overall process! My recruiter, Chelsey T, was unbelievable! She helped me prep, answered questions, and put me in the best position to learn about the opportunity and succeed. The interviews were slightly more intense than other orgs, but understandably so. I felt prepared and confident every step due to my recruiter, the information they provide, and the time they take to answer all questions. I felt as through I had a great understanding of the role, the vision, and how this would benefit me / how I would contribute. The process was a mix of screening calls, phone interviews, video interviews, and finally in-person presentation. The follow-ups were very quick - I knew the same day if I would be moving forward or not. Great people, great organization, great opportunity.
