The HR lady organized a phone interview with one of the German sales managers in their Dublin location. The first thing the sales manager said to me on the phone was that he has only 15 mins. time for the interview. So he started rushing through some sales question which were ok but then he started asking more personal questions like what I do in my free time, what kind of music I was listening to. This sales manager was looking for anything else but a sales rep. This guy was really shady!
