I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Nov 2018
Interview
Phone screen and then in person interviews. Overall processs focused on learning agility because my background was in a different discipline, however I had product management and leadership experience from a previous company. They are looking for people who are committed to learning and growing with the organization and are passionate about their job.
First, I did an HR screen. After that, I did a hiring manager screen. I then did a panel presentation to three panelists, and all the interviews were conducted via a virtual interview format.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Great experience from introduction to offer. Recruiting team was excellent throughout the entire process and felt adequately prepared for the process. The interviews consisted of an initial discussion with the hiring manager, followed by 4 30-minute panels with cross-functional partners and adjacent colleagues. A bonus is Salesforce’s Insider program, which provides an opportunity to meet a current employee and ask a few questions. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had. I can tell they care about who they bring into their organization and rightfully so. Excited to bring my talents to Salesforce!
