The interview was easy and fun! I enjoyed the casual conversation, and felt a real sense the 2 interviewers genuinely cared for me. I had worked on the team previously as a contractor, so I already knew the people who were interviewing me, and they knew my work ethic and skillset.

They asked how I was and what I had been up to for the past several months. I had worked on the team previously as a contractor, and was just applying for a Full Time position.
The tougher questions were to give some examples of some challenging situations, and how I handles them. The one question I recall was to give an example of a situation I had failed, and how I handled that.
