The process involved a written test, followed by phone screenings and in-person interviews. The interview panel had folks from engineering, product management, writing team and writing management. The process was very streamlined and HR was on top at all times. They did not take much time to process once the offer was made. Everyone at Salesforce was very professional.

One initial screening, an interview with the international manager, followed by a monitored exercise, and another interview with two team members. Overall, a long and draining process which could’ve been avoided, given that they knew I didn’t have enough experience for the role and wouldn’t have been hired anyway.
