I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
I thought the interview process was explained well. The recruiters are very accessible and over-communicated along the way which is a great thing. We had a phone conversation leading up to the in person interview where I could ask questions and they sent out a long email with details about Salesforce, the position, and the products. There really are a ton of resources to prepare you i.e. Youtube videos, demos, and the training modules. If you take a look at most or all of them, you'll be well prepared. I didn't have to do any mock cold calls. The manager wanted to make sure I was a good culture fit. The second part of my interview was with three current team members and they were really nice. Make sure you come with insightful questions to ask the manager as well as the current team members.

Question 1
How would you narrow down a list of 1000 leads to determine which ones are worth pursuing?
Needlessly long process of hiring, they should eliminate candidates before they go through all interview processes if they understand that candidate is not a good fit. I had too long and too many steps
In 3-4 rounds with friendly interviewers, be well prepared about personal characteristics. Connect with the interviewer, ask questions if you’re not sure, and maintain competitive yet low expectations throughout the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2023
Interview
Everything was streamlined and intentional From the beginning of the process, starting with Haley (the recruiter)! From the first phone conversation, I was aware of how many rounds there would be. Four total with the final round being a presentation about me, my experience, & what I'm looking forward to if given the opportunity.
