I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce (Hyderābād) in Mar 2019
Interview
Such a worst and pathetic interview process...HR’s are least bothered to update the status of interview there back only when one got selected in that particular round else least bothered..
My Experience :
HR initially called me for one profile and i cleared first round and second round was scheduled followed to that HR is least bothered to update..He holds so unprofessional behaviour as HR that he dont even respond and say that there could not go forward with my profile..
Later he contacts me for other profile which is of completely low level still i agreed thinking lets give interview and see if there is any sort of growth by asking them during interview course as usual 3 rounds of interview went well and this HR again he is least bothered to update
Again after a month he calls me asking if i am still available and says he will get back as usual such unprofessional behaviour that least bothered to update
Make up your mind before reaching to any associate so many times whether to take him/her or not dont try to fool around...Salesforce is not only organisation in market that we have to rely upon your offer..
Positive experience. It was smooth and the interviewers put you at ease. I don't have anything bad to say. It was a good experience and wouldn't be afraid to apply again.
She started the meeting saying the person I would work for was at the office at 6am and would leave at 6:30 pm. I had to be available evenings and afternoons.
Very smooth and quick feedback. 2 to 4 rounds of interview. Some panel some individual. Easy to communicate with the recruiter and the coordinators. They are great at answering questions.
