I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Amsterdam) in Jun 2019
Interview
The procedure went swiftly and afterwards I had a very positive experience. I really felt that Salesforce was looking to connect with me as well - while at the same time they were interviewing me for the job. Because of that, i already felt part of their team (even though i was still applying for the job).
Initially spoken with the person who hired me. During the whole interview process I had frequent conversations with HR who guided me along the way and helped me to reflect and provided me with preparation advice for the panel interview - which i really liked.
The panel interview was with a team of solution architects, the hiring manager and HR asking me questions about the use case that i presented. During this session we had a two-way conversation since i was known to my use case but at the same time the panel also challenged me on some topics that we discussed.
Overall, procedure tool 4 weeks which is reasonable time frame.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Many smart and sharp questions where raised. An example: "can you tell us about your worst project experience and how did you handle that?"
Not clear role based questions, no proper questions asked not great experience I felt it should be more and more role based. they were asking architect level questions. I did not like it at all, need to be proper aligned.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Amsterdam) in Jul 2024
Interview
An in-house recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn to schedule an introductory call.
Call was easy. Talked about cultural fit, way of working, etc.
Recruiter gave feedback in the call that he thought it was a positive experience and he will run it by his manager then come back to me, probably about a week later.
Did not hear back. I followed up and did not receive a reply.
Poor experience and does not reflect well on the company.

Excellent interview process. A bit slow on the offer, but all in all, very positive. A total of 3 one hour interviews, two with coworkers and 1 panel type. I would say the interviews were pretty straight forward and nothing overwhelming.
