A recruiter reached out to me for the role. Asked about my interest for the role, basic questions about my experience and why I want to move and why salesforce etc. Then referred me to the recruiter in Toronto.
Had my first conversation with Meghan. It was an in depth conversation about my experience, learnings from all the experiences, impact that I made, why I left each role and what made me want to move now. After that, I was invited for a face to face.
The first in person interview was mostly one sided. They asked about my experience from the first job till the last one. All about - what my targets were, how I achieved them, what was the impact, how I would have done it differently, how were my learnings etc.
It is very much according to schedule. Last 10 minutes were for questions. I couldnt finish mine so I emailed them and they were kind enough to answer the questions.
Last round was a presentation. This was about myself, a deal that I won and was proud of, how I won it (the deal part is the main crux of the presentation) , a salesforce tool I would sell to a hypothetical client and how will I ramp up once started. It was a long presentation but they asked questions around everything.
The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter (Meghan) was exceptionally helpful in prepping for the interview, letting me know what to expect and what next steps would be.
This had to be one of the best interview experiences and I have interviewed a lot!
