I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was a three-stage interview process. First a recruiter will contact you via telephone to have a 15 minute chat with you. Once you succeeded, you would have a 30 minute phone interview with the collections manager. Once you succeeded, the final stage consisted in a on-site panel interview. Here they would ask you more specific questions regarding your employment experience and about yourself.

Met with a panel of 3 people (Collections Manager and Credit & Collections Manager). Started off by discussing a little about myself, why I am looking for a job, etc.

Interview
The interview process was very seamless from beginning to end. First, you will be contacted by someone who works in HR if they believe you are a fit for the role they will schedule a phone call with a managerial figure in the role you are applying for. If the manager believes you are a fit you will receive an onsite interview with a combination of physical and digital meeting.
