      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England) in Mar 2020

      Interview

There were 4 stages: - Interview with Salesforce Recruiter - Interview with Hiring Manager - Panel Presentation with Members of Enablement, Sales, Sales Programs and Product - Interview with Senior Sales VP All in all took 2 months, likely to have been faster without coronavirus impact and it taking place during their SKO season. Their recruiters are incredibly helpful and genuinely help you to get the job - just ask them the questions and they are more than happy to answer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      - Motivations for Role - What I enjoyed most about my job - What I enjoyed least about my job - Life story from birth - what got me to where I am today - Many Sales Strategy/Enablement questions related to the panel interview case study - Why SF ... have questions prepared for your interviewers, they're keen for you to ask Biggest Tip: Prepare, prepare religiously, especially for the case study as it can be quite a beast if you have a short period of time. Also, cheesy, but be yourself - they really ask you a lot about your personality and motivations.
