I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward in terms of previous engagements and interviews I have had, which is great. Had a first call with a recruiter, then a at home project, second call with the hiring manager, then a final on site interview with the hiring manager and her director. Also one thing to note here, I started this role as a contractor through a staffing agency, then within 9 months I received an offer to move to full time employment which I accepted. I then went through an additional background check through Salesforce. No additional interview then.
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL)
Interview
three rounds, meet with team and manager, the manager call was longer and more personal but the team had more example type questions about like situations as a manager etc
2 step video interview: first with team member and second with team lead. There was to be a third video interview with member who was going on mat leave, but didn't make it that far
Arranged a phone call interview with the recuiter. The initial date was pushed back since the recruiter got sick (which is understandable). Later, had a short pleasant phone interview, where I got to know more about the company and the position and was able to present myself in more detail. The recuiter said that they will inform me with their decision. It has been a month - no response and no answers to my follow-up e-mail. It is very disappointing, since i believed that the phone interview went well - would have appreciated any kind of response.
