Interview
Applied online and within the week I had a phone screening. The interview process was explained to me (3 more interviews with different people I would work with). All of my interviews were over the phone/computer and were mostly personality questions and situational questions. Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I received my offer two weeks after my final interview. The whole process took about a month, but since it was for a New Grad role my start date was 6+ months in the future.
It was smooth and simple. Also, you could tell that the company cares for those who are applying. I love the location it was very nice. I love that you can keep in contact with the recruiter to look for more opportunities within the company.
I went through three rounds of interviews. All were scheduled quickly through the recruiting agency, although they didn't leave much room for rescheduling if needed. Interview questions were average, nothing far fetched or out of the box just very straightforward.

Managerial, Director and Agile coach. Three rounds with immense communication and comfortable behaviour of the interviewer. conversation was made easy even at the director level. The hiring process took arround two weeks. It was a contract.
