Technically there are four interviews, but I skipped the first screening.
1. Recruiter screening over phone
2. 30 minute video call with potential colleague
3. 60 minute video call with two managers
4. 60 minute video call with case study with two managers and one senior success guide
Great communication, great people, very down to earth and excited getting to know you as a person and your passion. Best interview experience of my life compared to other large Tech companies. Tomorrow’s my first day and I couldn’t be more excited to start with Salesforce!

tough interview process. I went through four rounds total between initial screenings and increasingly difficult panels to get the job. There’s a big emphasis on storytelling so prepare for that.

The interview process was ok, but when it came to the feedback never heard from the recruiter, even though they agree on contacting the candidates back. Appalling experience. To make matters worse, the interview process is extremely and unnecessarily long.
