I interviewed at Salesforce (Washington, DC) in Sep 2021
Interview
Recruiter call then a 30 minute call with hiring manager. The recruiter call went well and I came prepared and well researched with multiple sales examples. Then the call with the hiring manager was 100% opposite of my call with recruiter. The hiring manager did not ask me any sales example questions and did not probe my knowledge and experience with SaaS products at all. The interview with the sales manager has a predetermined feel to it. It really felt like from the start the interview was without substance and had no structure or relevance to the role itself. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the interview with the hiring manager, but the recruiter did a fine job. The feedback I received from the recruiter was that they were looking for someone with previous SaaS experience, which isn't a valid objection because I do have a lot of SaaS sales experience in my previous three roles and the hiring manager never asked about any of it and didn't mention during interview he was specifically looking for a focus on that. Due to these factors it wasn't a legitimate interview and was almost certainly predetermined.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first with a recruiter and the next two with the hiring manager and their manager. Then a final 60 minute panel presentation with contextual questions with three leaders.

Interview
Recruiter call, panel interview with two managers, then hour presentation as the final round. They send you a deck and you fill it out and present. Pretty in depth and will take a few hours to put together.
