Needlessly long process of hiring, they should eliminate candidates before they go through all interview processes if they understand that candidate is not a good fit. I had too long and too many steps

Everything was streamlined and intentional From the beginning of the process, starting with Haley (the recruiter)! From the first phone conversation, I was aware of how many rounds there would be.
