I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jan 2022
Interview
I was approached in Linkedin by a recruiter. Three stage interview process. 1st interview is a behavioral question interview. Tell me about a time type questions. Also to see if you would be a fit to the culture. 2nd interview was a technical interview, testing your understanding of technical concepts and your thought process to resolving technical problems. 3rd interview was a panel interview where you presented on a topic of your choice, showing your ability to problems solve, think critically, presentation skills. Be sure to be detailed in your approach and how you resolved the presented issue. Ask to ask clarifying questions about the role through the process. Prepare, prepare, prepare. The process took about 1 month from recruit contact to offer. Communication was great and I knew if I made it to the next round with in a 24hrs of the interview. I was offered the position the day of my final interview. Don’t be afraid if you don’t have experience with the software, just show case your technical acumen and the ability to pick up on technical topics quickly. It was a through interview process but I felt everyone was fair, and not expecting perfection. I had anxiety throughout but the interviewer made me comfortable. Tough but one of the best interview experiences I have had. I have a great feeling about it this organization. Also, be sure to do your research on the company and the tools they use, showcase that you did your homework. Preparation is important!

Interview
Great and it was friendly. We had a few technical questions also. We also had a behavioural based round and also related to certifications and some scenarios with the client

Question 1
About scenario based and also behavioural questions.
Awful, even with my experience they recruiter tried low balling me. It funny how companies preach diversity and inclusion, but continue to low ball women and minority talent. But, overall the interview was below average. The recruiter didnt provide any guidance on the panel interview process, so I pretty much had to wing it.
