Interview
The interviewer made a warm welcome and introduction of his person. After a review of the vacancy and the requirements they are looking for, he also explained what he found interesting in my CV. After my personal introduction and explanation of experiance and what I'm looking for, we stepped deeper into the role needed. I got a wealthy feedback and recommendations from him, that helped a lot. As my package doesn't fit for his current vacancy, he would hand over his feedback to a colleague, who is looking for a person with my background.
Processus 2 call RH + ensuite 2 Managers et enfin un panel de 35mn au total avec un cas de vente.

The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
